This workshop has given me the push I needed to get moving!! It has given me the structure needed to work on it every day in 30 min intervals by setting an alarm and a timer. which Lesly suggested. The "Success Journals" we are encouraged to keep is similar to a "Gratitude Journal" that I have kept in the past, but this journal focuses on the active steps we are taking daily to achieve, not only this particular goal, but the steps we have taken to achieve a successful life!
